Job Description Here Hospitality Group is hiring for nimbu: Indian Street Food, is open off Route 1 in Princeton, NJ. We’re building a hospitality-driven, fast-casual Front-of-House team. As a Front-of-House Team Member, you are the face of Nimbu — greeting guests, taking orders, describing the menu, moving the line thoughtfully, and creating a warm, efficient guest experience every time. You’ll help keep the dining room clean, stocked, and inviting while supporting a fast-moving service rhythm. This role is ideal for anyone who enjoys people, positivity, and fast-paced environments. Responsibilities Guest Service & Hospitality • Welcome guests with warmth, friendliness, and professionalism, • Describe menu items clearly and answer questions confidently, • Upsell naturally (drinks, sides, desserts, combos), • Maintain calm, positive energy during rushes, • Keep the queue moving quickly and intentionallyOrder Taking & POS Accuracy, • Take orders using our POS with speed and accuracy, • Handle modifications, add-ons, and special requests correctly, • Process payments promptly and accurately, • Communicate clearly with the kitchen teamFront-of-House Cleanliness & Organization, • Keep counters, beverage stations, and dining room areas clean, • Bus tables and refresh seating areas throughout the shift, • Restock napkins, utensils, cups, lids, sauces, and paper goods, • Maintain a spotless, organized cashier stationSupport Duties, • Run food, package to-go orders, and assist with hand-off, • Support restocking FOH and BOH supplies during downtime, • Work smoothly with shift leads and the kitchen team Schedule • Shifts available Monday–Sunday, • Lunch: 10:30am–4:00pm, • Dinner: 4:00pm–9:30pm, • Up to 40 hours/weekRequirements, • 18+ years of age, • Strong communication and guest-service skills, • Friendly, warm, and guest-focused personality, • Ability to multitask in a fast-casual environment, • Comfortable using a POS system (training provided), • Able to stand for 4–5 hours per shift, • Reliable, punctual, and professional, • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. What We Offer • $8/hr + tips (typically $20–$30/hr total), • Predictable scheduling with no late nights, • Supportive leadership and positive team culture, • Opportunities to grow into Shift Lead or FOH Trainer roles, • Staff meals, training, and long-term development By applying to this job, you agree to receive periodic text messages from this employer and Homebase about your pending job application.
