This Is A Steady, Year-Round, Part-Time Position At A High-Volume Operation. The Job You Will Be Responsible For Cutting And Trimming Approximately 3,000 lbs Of Boneless Chicken Breasts Per Week Into Restaurant-Quality Cutlets. Speed And Precision Are Equally Important. Every Cutlet Must Be Consistent In Thickness, Cleanly Trimmed, And Pounded To Spec.
