We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, follow recipes accurately, and maintain a clean and organized workstation. Responsibilities: Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner and plated properly Maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety standards Assist with kitchen prep, inventory, and cleaning duties as needed Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team Requirements: Minimum of 1 year experience as a line cook or in a similar role Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment Ability to work efficiently under pressure Team player with good communication skills Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Compensation: Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)
