Data Center Technician IV Role: The Data Center Technician IV must possess an expert level of knowledge and will be responsible for the operational integrity and regulatory compliance of the data center electrical, mechanical, fire life safety systems, and communications infrastructure. We are currently hiring for the Day Shift 7:00am-3:00pm, Sunday - Thursday. Mechanical responsibilities will include chilled water systems and components, HVAC systems such as roof top units, CRAC/CRAH units, and humidification systems. Electrical responsibilities will include electrical/critical power distribution from the Utility/Generator main switchgear through the UPS systems out to the customer load. Fire Life Safety responsibilities will include wet sprinkler systems and pre-action sprinkler systems as well as their associated detection devices. Communications Infrastructure responsibilities will include IFD / MDF / MMR management, structured cabling and supporting infrastructure ownership, and customer space management. This position will also be directly responsible for the processes that maximize customer uptime in the most cost-effective way by working very closely with the Data Center Manager. Technicians must ensure that data center problems are identified and repaired quickly, contractors deliver quality services, and internal customer demands are met. A Tier IV technician develops creative approaches to keep operational costs to a minimum, improve efficiency, and implement new strategies. Job Description We are seeking a part-time Wellness Specialist who will be reporting to the Director of Student Wellness, Advocacy and Violence Prevention. The Wellness and Primary Prevention Specialist will help serve students by providing support in case management, screening and referral and linkage to community resources. The Specialist will support the Wellness Center in providing Passaic County Community College (PCCC) students with any referrals pertaining to mental, emotional, and physical health, as well as overall well-being to on-campus resources and those in the community. Additionally, the Specialist will help design and implement programming on wellness topics of mental and emotional health, suicide prevention, healthy relationships, violence prevention, anti-hazing and drug and alcohol education. Examples of Duties: • Support the wellness staff in their work with the College community to co-create a safe space for students who are experiencing mental health issues, food and housing insecurity and/or intimate partner violence., • Collaborate with campus organizations such as PTK, EOF, SSS, and Student Activities expand the utilization of Wellness Center services, • Greet and triage that are referred or self-referred to the office., • Work with students on locating community resources., • Provide support for students and offer individual as well as group support through the implementation of on-campus programming., • Design and implement programming on campus to provide students with resources and information about wellness related topics including mental and emotional health, physical well-being, healthy relationships, drug and alcohol awareness, anti-hazing and domestic violence community resources., • Bachelor’s required; Master's degree in a social work program preferred, • Certified Social Worker in the State of New Jersey preferred, • One (1) or two (2) years’ experience working with individuals from diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural and ethnic background., • Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of diverse people, ability, culture, and ethnic background, and to maintain good working relationships across the College., • Ability to work with all groups in a diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural and ethnic background of community college students, faculty and staff, including those with disabilities., • Familiarity with mental health and community resources within Passaic County.The completion of a background check will be required for the selected candidate. Job Description We are seeking an Athletic Trainer within the Center for Student Engagement/Athletics, who will report to the Director of Student Engagement for Athletics & Recreation. Passaic County Community College is looking for a candidate with credentials in ATC and has experience working with intercollegiate teams and/or high school sports. This role is crucial in maintaining the health and peak performance of our athletes, ensuring they are physically prepared for the demands of college sports. Job Responsibilities: • Review all documentation for accuracy such as; physicals, medical forms/releases, etc., • Lead in the provision of the health, safety, injury prevention, injury evaluation, emergency treatment, rehabilitation, referrals and in providing follow-up care to our student-athletes., • Adheres to and enforces policies and procedures of the Center for Student Engagement/Athletics Department and College as well as the rules and regulations of the NJCAA., • Evaluates student-athlete’s injuries in conjunction with college physicians (if applicable) and ensures that appropriate action is advised; works closely with college physicians for off campus appointments, diagnostic testing, rehabilitation and medical clearance., • Provides primary coverage and oversight to all intercollegiate games, • Evaluates, implements, and supervises concussion protocol, • Maintains New Jersey Athletic Training licensure and remains in good standing with the Board of Certification for Athletic Trainers through continuing education credits, • Provides medical coverage for all home varsity events and practices as directed; arranges for emergency care when needed., • Ensures that student-athletes have received proper medical clearance at the beginning of each academic year through completion of appropriate annual medical forms., • Works in conjunction with the Director to manage the sports medicine inventory of equipment and supplies; oversees the maintenance of all equipment and ensures that it is in good working order., • Maintains working knowledge of the Passaic County Community College health insurance and excess athletics insurance plan as well as knowledge of basic health insurance questions., • Collects and dates entry of all required medical forms., • Oversees and directs on-campus physical therapy for student-athletes and coordinates with an outside physical therapy clinic for long term and chronic injuries., • Organizes, maintains and makes certain that the sports medicine office is always sanitary and in good working order., • Travels with assigned teams as needed., • Attends and participates in all training departmental, conference, and College-wide meetings related to duties and responsibilities., • Graduation from an accredited College or university with a bachelor's degree in Athletic Training., • Minimum of three years of professional work experience in Athletic Training., • CPR/First Aid and AED certification., • Certification in good standing with the Athletic Training Board of Certification., • Condition to Employment: Ability to acquire license with the New Jersey Athletic Training Board of Medical Examiners., • Flexible schedule and ability to work regular days, early mornings, evenings, weekends, occasional holidays, and travel., • CPR/First Aid and AED instructor. JOB SUMMARY The Delivery Driver will work to provide a genuine experience to customers with professionalism, poise, and patience. A passion for cannabis coupled with a strong adherence to protocol and compliance is necessary for this role. The Delivery Driver will deliver items to customers, patients, in a safe, timely manner. This Delivery Driver will be responsible for reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied. The Delivery Driver is responsible for a skillset of product knowledge, customer service, basic computer skills, and cash handling experience. Job Description BASIC FUNCTION Responsible for the cultivation and development of Centers of Influence (COIs) that refer profitable new business relationships that have strong commercial non-interest bearing deposit, cash management and commercial lending needs. Also works closely with the Market Manager, Retail Financial Center Management, the Business Banker, and the C&I and CRE Lenders in support of the above mentioned expectations. The BDO will focus on developing relationships with “deposit rich” industries and companies with annual revenues greater than $5mm. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES • Cultivate, develop, and leverage Centers of Influence that will refer to non-interest bearing DDA relationships, cash management and commercial lending prospects to the bank., • Gathers and presents completed loan package for underwriting which includes financial information, loan structure, pricing recommendation, collateral description and write-up outlining company history, type of business, customer base, purpose of loan, and other supporting information., • Develops and implements a business development plan annually, • Develop business relationships through their COIs, networking events, prospecting and telemarketing within assigned markets. Job Description Make the Road States (MRstates) is the national home for the second-generation Make the Road family of organizations in Connecticut, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Nevada, this in addition to New York, that serves to uplift the voices of working-class, immigrants, women, LGBTQIA people, and people of color across the Make the Roads umbrella. From an operational spectrum it serves as the Finance and Human Resources Compliance Officers for the umbrella at large. Make the Road New Jersey (MRNJ) builds the power of immigrant and working-class communities to achieve dignity and respect through community organizing, the provision of high quality legal and support services, transformative education, and policy innovation. MRNJ is a project of Make the Road States. Founded in 2014, MRNJ operates centers and organizing hubs in the cities of Elizabeth, Passaic, Perth Amboy, and Newark, that reach thousands of immigrants and working-class people of color each year. Our member-led organizing committees -- which work on the issues named above-- implement strategies to combat shared problems and develop leadership and the capacity for civic participation. In the past four years, MRNJ has won more than 10 pro-immigrant and pro-worker policies, including the nation’s first guaranteed severance law, landmark anti-wage theft legislation, occupational and drivers’ license for undocumented immigrants and a $15 minimum wage. We also provide an array of high-quality bilingual services including ESOL, legal services in the areas of immigration and workplace rights, workplace safety training and college access. The Legal Department MRNJ works to strengthen the organization’s organizing work by (1) helping to envision and implement leverage strategies (including strategic litigation) that help win our organizing campaigns; (2) providing technical legal support for policy work; and (3) providing legal and support services to high-need immigrant communities and help meet the immediate needs of MRNJ’s members. The Department currently employs approximately 12 attorneys and advocates. Our legal team is integrated into all aspects of the organization’s work. Current Opening: The part-time (approximately 20 hours/week) immigration staff attorney will provide legal representation on a wide range of immigration matters both before the Executive Office of Immigration Review (“EOIR”) and United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (“USCIS”), with a particular but non-exclusive focus on UACs, similarly-situated youth, and SIJ. The staff attorney provides legal support for active MRNJ campaigns. The position will be partially remote with work conducted in one of our offices in Elizabeth, Passaic or Perth Amboy. This position is included in a Union-represented collective bargaining unit, and specific employment terms and conditions are subject to collective bargaining. Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: • Provide individualized assistance to clients currently in removal proceedings or eligible for immigration relief, in a broad range of categories including SIJ, Asylum, U/T Nonimmigrant Status, VAWA, Cancellation of Removal, adjustment of status, and naturalization, including representing individuals in immigration, family and federal district court as well as before USCIS, with a particular emphasis on UACs, similarly situated youth, and SIJ;, • Manage active caseload as determined by department and annual goals, and maintain client files in good order, including photocopying/scanning applications, letters, supporting documentation, and follow up work. Maintain client and case information in Legal Server or other case management systems;, • Conduct initial consultations and intake appointments with clients, performing legal analysis of facts, making determinations on when to retain clients for representation, and maintaining client contact with active clients and other parties.
