Job Description About the Role: The Assembler plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by accurately and efficiently assembling components into finished products according to detailed specifications. This position ensures that all parts are correctly fitted, secured, and inspected to meet quality standards, contributing directly to the overall production output and product reliability. The Assembler works closely with production teams to maintain a smooth workflow on the assembly line, adhering to safety protocols and operational procedures. Attention to detail and manual dexterity are essential to identify and resolve any assembly issues promptly, minimizing defects and rework. Ultimately, the Assembler helps deliver high-quality products that meet customer expectations and support the company’s manufacturing goals. Minimum Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent., • Proven experience in an assembly or production line environment., • Basic knowledge of hand tools and power equipment operation., • Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, or schematics., • Strong attention to detail and manual, • Familiarity with quality control and visual inspection techniques., • Previous experience using drill presses, band saws, and other manufacturing machinery., • Basic understanding of safety regulations in a manufacturing setting., • Perform assembly of components using hand tools, power equipment, and machinery such as drill presses and band saws according to work orders and blueprints., • Operate and maintain production line equipment to ensure continuous and efficient assembly operations., • Conduct visual inspections of assembled products to verify quality and adherence to specifications., • Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
