You will then gain experience with event planning and coordination before becoming more closely involved in event preparation and live execution. As you progress, you may help update event details, prepare timelines and checklists, review floor plans, attend walkthroughs, verify room readiness, coordinate with other departments, and take greater ownership of appropriate pieces of the event process. The program concludes with an Events & Catering project focused on a real Club opportunity. You may develop an event concept, improve a planning tool or checklist, create a room-readiness guide, or recommend an improvement to an existing event process.
