Responsibilities: As a Permanent Real Estate Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for: 1. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of real estate documents, including purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, loan documents, and closing documents., 2. Conducting comprehensive title and survey reviews to identify any potential issues and ensure all transactions comply with legal requirements., 3. Managing real estate sales and acquisitions, including conducting due diligence, coordinating with other parties, and ensuring a smooth closing process., 4. Providing expert legal advice on various aspects of real estate financing, development, and construction, and ensuring all transactions adhere to applicable laws and regulations., 5. Collaborating with other attorneys to develop strategies for complex real estate transactions and litigation., 6. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes in real estate law and informing clients and team members of any potential impacts on their projects or transactions. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the Real Estate Associate Attorney position has the following qualifications: 1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school., 2. Admission to the state bar., 3. 2 years of experience as a real estate attorney, with a strong track record of handling complex real estate transactions., 4. Extensive knowledge of real estate law, including the ability to interpret and apply laws, regulations, and policies to real estate transactions., 5. Proven experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate documents, including purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, loan documents, and closing documents., 6. Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough title and survey reviews., 7. Exceptional negotiation skills, with a proven ability to negotiate favorable terms for clients in purchase and sale agreements., 8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve legal and procedural issues in real estate transactions., 9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to clients and team members., 10.
