    We are looking for a dependable, hard working line cook to join our back of house team. The ideal candidate is passionate about cooking, works well under pressure, and works with consistency and attention to detail. You will work closely with other BOH staff to maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment. responsibilities: • prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards, • set up and stock assigned station before each shift, • maintain quality, speed, and consistency during service, • follow proper food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures, • ensure all food is labeled, stored, and rotated (FIFO), • communicate effectively with chefs and fellow team members throughout service, • keep workstation clean, organized, and stocked at all times, • assist in prep work, receiving deliveries, and inventory as needed, • minimize food waste and use ingredients responsibly -preform opening, closing, and cleaning duties • follow all company policies and safety regulations Qualifications: -previous line cook or kicthen experience preferred • ability to work in a fast paced environment, • strong work ethic and positive attitude; willing to learn, • reliable attendance and punctuality, • ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts, • ability to stand for extended periods of time and capability of lifting up to 50 lbs, • flexible availability including weekends, nights, and holidays What we offer: • competitive hourly pay, • flexible scheduling, • opportunities for advancement and growth, • staff meals and discounts, • supportive and professional environment
