We are looking for someone who is looking to move up and grow with our expanding company. We are currently opening our 3rd location and anticipate opening 5 more locations in the next 24 months. Must be able to work days, nights, holidays and weekends. We are a late night (2am) and weekend concept. Hands-on position, where Manager leads by example. Serve customers along with crew. Responsible for daily operations, i.e., staffing, food orders, baking, managing 6-8 employees, excellent corporate/health department inspections, weekly paperwork, setting and achieving operational goals, etc. Standing position. Must have excellent customer service skills. Fast paced environment requires ability to multi-task. Day shifts involve prepping the food for the day and also serving customers.
