THIS IS A FIVE STAR RATED SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING STUDIO LOCATED IN COMMACK, NY HIGHLIGHTS: We are seeking a highly motivated individual with engaging interpersonal skills to deliver client centric and sales-driven results to take on the role of Studio Director at Alloy Personal Training in Commack PREMIUM COMPENSATION: $65,000.00 Base plus bonus potential. BENEFITS INCLUDE: • Paid Time Off, • Access to discounted Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, • Up to 30% discount on all retail items and supplements, • Flexible Schedule YOU WILL THRIVE AT ALLOY: The Director role is an instrumental part of the studio driving membership sales, client retention, hiring, team training and employee development. As the Director of Training, you'll spend roughly 10 hours a week conducting small group personal training sessions (4-6 people) in our studio. The rest of your hours will be focused on growing the membership by following up on leads, community and business networking and engagement, retention, client satisfaction and support, and staff training. This is a Sales Heavy position. Unlike other companies, you'll have direct perks that compensate you based on studio performance. Overall, the hours will be somewhat flexible with this position. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Vital role in creating an Alloy community where we are “Stronger Together” - a true brand champion, • Run approximately 10 Personal Training sessions per week., • Perform Fitness Assessments, • Deliver premium client engagement; In-Body assessments, goal setting, relationship based client model to build an Alloy community of support and accountability, • Oversee that the studio is scheduling staff according to operational requirements and in compliance with payroll budgets, • Ensure studio is training, coaching and supervising the staff in accomplishing daily tasks and maximizing new memberships and retention, including conducting weekly meetings with staff, • Monitor and mentor staff performance to secure delivery of membership services in compliance with company policies and procedures, • Generate goals and objectives in order to develop member and employee satisfaction, support member and employee retention, and grow memberships, • Facilitate strong communication lines between the studio and franchise owner, • Critically assess situations to solve challenges that impact studio sales performance and member satisfaction, • Supervise that studio payroll is completed timely, accurately and in compliance with company policies and procedures, • Sales - including lead follow up and local business engagement., • Other duties as assigned CORE REQUIREMENTS: • Strong desire to help others achieve their health and wellness goals, passion for people, • 5 years of personal training experience, • 3-5 years of management and sales experience, • Experience managing in a stand-alone, high-end fitness club, • Experience in fitness sales, • Leadership and development of a small team (2-4 individuals), • Proficient consultation skills, • Proven leadership ability in an educational, fitness or professional setting, • Ability to multitask and manage your time appropriately, • Ability to hire, direct, coach, train, motivate and evaluate staff, • Excellent communication and organizational skills, • Financial, business and human resource management, • Computer literacy, • Morning, evening and weekend hours are required, • Must have up to date Personal Training and CPR Certifications APPLY TODAY FOR INTERVIEWS THIS WEEK.     The Auto Paint Depot – Deer Park, NY Pay: $19.00–$22.00 per hour Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Saturday availability | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Occasional Sundays may be required About The Auto Paint Depot The Auto Paint Depot is a growing automotive paint and supplies company located in Deer Park, NY. We specialize in custom-mixed automotive paint, touch-up paint, professional automotive refinishing products, and online order fulfillment for customers throughout the United States. We are looking for a dependable, organized, customer-focused person to join our team and become an important part of our front counter and customer service operation. This is not simply a receptionist position. You will work directly with customers in our store, by phone, and online. You will help customers place orders, answer questions, research existing orders, and help resolve problems when they occur. We are willing to train the right person, but reliability, professionalism, communication skills, and the ability to learn are extremely important. What You'll Do Your responsibilities will include: • Greet and assist customers at our front counter, • Answer incoming customer phone calls, • Respond professionally to customer emails and online inquiries, • Help customers place orders and select appropriate products, • Ring up in-store purchases and process customer transactions, • Create and review customer orders and invoices, • Look up order status and tracking information, • Help resolve shipping, damaged-order, return, refund, and order-related issues, • Assist customers with automotive paint and color-match questions, • Communicate with customers when additional information is needed to complete or correct an order, • Work with orders from our website and online marketplaces, • Use systems including email, WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay, ShipStation, POS software, and other business applications, • Keep accurate notes and records of customer issues and resolutions, • Follow up with customers when a problem requires additional attention, • Stock merchandise and help keep the front counter, showroom, and customer areas organized, • Assist other team members when needed, • Perform light lifting and remain on your feet during portions of the workday Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: • Reliable and punctual, • Friendly, patient, and professional with customers, • Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face and over the phone, • Able to communicate clearly through email, • Comfortable using computers and learning new software, • Organized and able to handle multiple tasks at the same time, • Able to follow instructions and established procedures, • Able to take ownership of a customer problem and follow it through to resolution, • Comfortable working in a busy small-business environment where priorities can change throughout the day, • Willing to learn about automotive paint, products, paint codes, and our ordering systems, • Able to work independently without needing constant supervision, • A team player who is willing to help wherever needed Qualifications Customer service and/or retail experience is preferred. Automotive, auto body, automotive paint, parts-counter, collision-industry, or similar experience is a strong plus, but we are willing to train a dependable candidate who is eager to learn. Experience with e-commerce, Amazon, eBay, WooCommerce, ShipStation, POS systems, or online customer service is also a plus. Spanish/English bilingual ability is a plus. Basic computer and email skills are required. Schedule & Availability This position requires availability Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Some Weekends may occasionally be required depending on business needs. Saturday availability 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
