Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Establish new account relationships by scheduling WebEx and face-to-face meetings and presentations., • Collaborate with sales and marketing team targeting company's outreach via email, social media, presentations, videos, and tradeshow events., • Manage all activities through CRM software and identify scalable ways to generate interest and attract clients., • Collect and develop client product/solution requirements with the assistance of our technical sales staff, for client presentations and proposals., • Assist and collaborate with technical staff on the optimal client's/prospect's solution., • Develop, implement and report monthly on a personal strategic business development plan., • Stay current on client needs, competition, and industry trends to effectively align competitive positioning., • Maintain active participation and membership in networking organizations and tradeshow events., • Strive to exceed the company's closing ratio., • Promote and uphold the company values, reputation, and culture, • Possess aptitude and attitude to rapidly learn industries, technologies, applications, and solutions, • Support lead generation, strategic planning, sales presentations, and ongoing relationship building, • Leverage a variety of tools including LinkedIn, videos, to manage the business development process, • Host site visits to cultivate strategic account relationships and partnerships, • Other duties as assigned/required. Based pay range $75k - $125k/year plus commission. Company credit card provided for travel expenses as well as mileage reimbursement if personal transportation is utilized.
