POSITION SUMMARY You will lead and coordinate the development of multiple studies of novel biological and small molecules for first in human (FIH), proof of mechanism (POM), early signs of efficacy (ESOE) and proof of concept (POC) studies in Oncology. You will work in close collaboration with the Global Development Lead (GDL)and members of the development team to establish, lead, coordinate, and execute the early oncology clinical development plan(s). You will lead the development of the clinical protocol and participate as an individual contributor on clinical teams with Pfizer development operations and the project team, to meet enrollment and study delivery timelines. You will also work with other functional disciples to ensure the full scope and remit of Oncology Early Stage Development (OESD) is represented as need within clinical study teams (e.g. Research Units, Biostatistics, Clinical Pharmacology, Precision Medicine, and Digital Medicine). POSITION SUMMARY You will lead and coordinate the development of multiple studies of novel biological and small molecules for first in human (FIH), proof of mechanism (POM), early signs of efficacy (ESOE) and proof of concept (POC) studies in Oncology. We provide intensive support and services to 3,500+ survivors and children every year and reach 10,000+ community members through community events and preventive education workshops. We are dedicated to developing innovative programs that meet the complex needs of our diverse community and that align with our organizational values. Moriviv Residential Program is a 51 bed scattered site safe dwelling. The goal of this program is to provide short term, emergency shelter for people fleeing domestic violence. Program staff work with each participant to develop an individualized action plan that connects them to support services and helps them secure permanent housing. Supportive services include: counseling, support groups, case management, childrens services, referrals for educational/vocational facilities, job preparation and health promotion for women and children. The Program Manager is responsible for the overall daily operations of the program and the safe dwellings. In addition to acting as VIPs primary coordinator to assure that all efforts are fully met and exceed contractual obligations (programmatic and administrative) and direct the day-to-day activities of risk management, safety/security, maintenance and client move-in/turn-over. The Program Manager is responsible for ensuring 24/7 services to all program participants and may also be called upon for late night and weekend assistance. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES The CRTP provides trauma informed clinical and residential supports for people with I/DD experiencing psychiatric or other behavioral health crises. • Assists with the interviewing, hiring, training and oversight of direct care staff in the provision of clinically based care for the emotional, physical and personal well-being of the individuals and ensuring a nurturing, structured and protective environment, • Ensures ongoing compliance and quality assurance with State and Federal regulations applicable to operation of facility to which he/she is assigned., • Provides direct supervision and guidance to all employees assigned to the CRTP.
