We provide quality and individualized services based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to children and teens with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), learning disabilities, and developmental delays. Primary Job Responsibilities • Implement behavior management programs, • Apply behavioral techniques and strategies with an emphasis on prevention and behavior management, • Monitor, evaluate, and record client progress according to measurable goals described in treatment and care plan., • Maintain confidentiality of records relating to client's treatment, • Attend andparticipatein treatment/behavior management team meetings with staff Skills and Qualifications • Required:, • High School Diploma or equivalent, • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, • Ability toadhere toethicaland professional standards, • Ability to provide evidence of negativetuberculosistest, • Ability to pass FBI and DOJ Live Scan background check, • Consistent and reliable transportation, • Preferred:, • Bachelor's degree in psychologyorrelatedfield., • Experienceworkingwith individualswith learning ordevelopmentdisabilities, • Experience implementingApplied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions to children with special needs in a 1:1 setting in the home and community.
