Role Overview We are seeking a technical, collaborative operational lead to own our Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) and audience strategies. This role serves as the connective tissue between Creative, Media, and Data teams—overseeing the data feeds, audience matrices, and platform configurations that power programmatic display and retargeting. This position focuses on DCO feed management, audience architecture, and technical activation, rather than hands-on HTML or creative development. Key Responsibilities • Dynamic Creative & Feed ManagementOwn the DCO Ecosystem: Develop, deploy, and maintain DCO feeds for programmatic display. This includes managing the feeds used to dynamically serve ads (images, copy, click-throughs) for manual feed populations, OBS promotions, and New Product Introductions (NPIs)., • Google Studio (Feed & DCO Operations): Serve as the primary operator within Google Studio, managing DCO feed setup, data mapping, validation, deployment, and QA. This role is responsible for feed logic and creative delivery—not HTML or template development., • Retargeting Feeds: Maintain product retargeting feeds to ensure they reflect new SKUs on ___, utilize unique product title formulas, and incorporate the latest creative asset changes., • Automated Asset Management: Manage the creation of image assets (with CSG) to support Dynamic Retargeting banners and other automated banner initiatives., • Technical Ad Operations & Measurement, • Audience Architecture: Build and maintain Floodlight configurations and audience matrices. You will manage the creation of Floodlight activities within Campaign Manager and audiences within Google Analytics to support targeting and measurement., • Platform Expertise: Apply a strong working knowledge of the Google Marketing Platform (GMP) to support trafficking, measurement, and reporting., • QA & Monitoring: Pull daily dynamic creative reports from Campaign Manager to confirm correct creative delivery. Monitor product feed updates via Google Studio to catch new SKU additions and coordinate resized image asset requests., • Project Management & Cross-Team Leadership, • Lead DPR Projects: Lead the implementation of the Dynamic Product Retargeting (DPR) banner project. This involves managing cross-team inputs (CSG Asset Creation, Creative Ad Tech Solutions, Brand Messaging, Ad Ops trafficking) and overseeing post-launch QA., • Stakeholder Management: Provide "always-on" communication support across DG, Media, Ad Ops, Data Ops, and Analytics teams. You will oversee audience creation and deployment across these functions., • Documentation: Maintain the Programmatic DCO Creative Tracker and "Always On" Programmatic Banner screenshot decks. You are responsible for documenting all active creatives and reporting labels, and ensuring creative priorities are communicated clearly to DG and Media teams., • Qualifications & SkillsTechnical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Google Studio and Google Marketing Platform (Campaign Manager 360, Display & Video 360)., • Data Fluency: Experience building and managing complex data feeds (XML, CSV, Google Sheets) and audience matrices., • Analytics: Working knowledge of Google Analytics for audience creation and retargeting verification., • Process Oriented: Strong documentation skills with the ability to manage creative trackers and QA logs (e.g., Excel, Jira, Smartsheets)., • Collaboration: Proven ability to work cross-functionally, specifically bridging the gap between creative designers and technical ad operations teams.
