Requirements: • Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in State applying for., • Effective oral and written communication in English, • Basic proficiency with technology, including electronic health records (EHR)., • Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to regulatory compliance., • Ability to provide in-person services at assigned facilities, up to 45 minutes., • Ability to walk, stand, and move between patient rooms and offices within the facility throughout the day., • Full Vaccination and Booster Status may be required in some facilities.
