Your dedicationensuresevery patient receives the care and respect they deserve. Education: • A PharmD or bachelor's degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy isrequired. Certificates, Licenses, or Registrations: • An active Pharmacist licensure (in good standing) to practice pharmacy in the state in which you are applying in or and/or the ability toacquirethis at the time of hire isrequired. Knowledge & Skills: • A comprehensive understanding of the procedures, systems, and equipment used by pharmacists and technicians in the pharmacy and an elevated level ofproficiencyin performingpharmacistsduties and responsibilities., • A high levelof analytical ability, organizational and personal managementskilland focus to ensure the concerted approach to operations., • Practice experience working with as wellas revisingand/or implementing information systems., • Excellent interpersonal and phone communication skills., • Professional in conduct and demeanor., • Proficient with standard software used in healthcare office settings (i.e. MS Word, Excel, web browser, etc.) Additional Preferred Qualifications: • Knowledge and understanding of the federal funded 340B program are highly preferred., • QS1 and Specialty Pharmacy experience is preferred., • Depending on site-specific requirements, an active certification in good standing as a Certified Specialty Pharmacist (CSP) from the National Association of Specialty Pharmacy (NASP) may berequiredbut is preferred. Experience with Specialty medications and immunizations is preferred. Special Working Conditions (On-call, Travel, Shift, Coverage): • Clearway Health Specialty Pharmacies, serving patients in hospitals, health systems, and communities, may require employees at client sites to work on company-recognized holidays. This information is being provided to promote pay transparency and equal employment opportunities at Clearway Health. The current annual compensation range for this position is $115,000 - $144,000. The actual rate within this range that you will be offered will depend on a variety of factors including geography, skills and abilities, education, experience and other relevant factors.
