We are a busy medical practice located on Broadway in Manhattan seeking a reliable, professional, and friendly Medical Assistant to join our growing team. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality, compassionate care to our patients in a welcoming office environment. Responsibilities: • Perform venipuncture / phlebotomy (drawing bloodwork ), • Take and record patient vital signs (blood pressure, weight, height, temperature, pulse), • Room patients and prepare them for the provider, • Document patient information and update charts in Practice Fusion EHR, • Assist the physician with in-office procedures as needed, • Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked exam room, • Provide excellent customer service to patients in person and over the phone Requirements: • Prior experience as a Medical Assistant preferred, • Phlebotomy experience required, • Proficiency with Practice Fusion EHR strongly preferred, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, • Reliable, punctual, and professional, • English/ Plus if Russian, • MA certification preferred but not required for the right candidate Schedule: Mon–Fri, hours TBD Please submit your resume through Job Today.
