Responsibilities include providing full scope of care including evaluation, examination, treatment and coordination of care for patients who have been injured or are in pain. The candidate will develop a treatment program for patients, refer patient for specialized consultations, surgical or non-surgical treatment options, physical therapy, acupuncture treatment or diagnostic testing for acute and chronic conditions. as needed. Practitioner will need to administer injections for pain (such as trigger point or joint injections) as needed by patient. The candidate should have a great interpersonal skills , be a team player, reliable, well organized and able to work independently.
