Entry-Level Behavioral Technician

Launch your ABA Career: Entry-Level Behavioral Technician Lighthouse is seeking caring and motivated individuals to work directly with children and their families, helping them reach meaningful milestones and improve overall quality of life. While ABA therapy experience is not required, childcare or caregiving experience is required. You'll be working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and we'll help train you! Responsibilities include: • Provide 1:1 therapy based on individualized treatment plans (under BCBA supervision), • Teach and reinforce communication, social and daily living skills, • Build positive relationships with clients and families, • Collect data and track progress, • Collaborate with BCBAs and team members, • Maintain accurate session documentation Requirements include: • Highschool diploma, • Lift, sit, stand, crouch, squat and move with young children and adults, • Consistent attendance and punctuality, • Care-giving experience (this does not need to be ABA experience and volunteer, schooling or personal experience is valid) Our ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with children with autism and the special needs community. They are motivated to make a difference and are interested in learning more about the field of ABA.
