    We are seeking a compassionate and bilingual (English & Spanish) Caregiver to provide exceptional support and personalized care to individuals in various care settings. Duties Provide comprehensive personal care assistance, including help with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using proper patient transfer methods like Hoyer lifts and manual handling techniques. Monitor patients’ vital signs and observe for any changes in health status, documenting findings accurately to inform care plans. Assist with medication administration following HIPAA guidelines and facility protocols, ensuring safety and compliance at all times. Support residents with meal preparation, feeding, and nutritional needs while respecting dietary restrictions and preferences. Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping duties such as cleaning patient areas, laundry, and organizing personal belongings. Facilitate effective communication with clients in both English and Spanish to ensure understanding of care procedures, preferences, and concerns. Support residents’ rights by respecting their autonomy, dignity, and cultural backgrounds while providing compassionate care tailored to individual needs. Qualifications Proven experience working as a caregiver in group homes, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home health environments. Knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer’s care, memory care, hospice care, and neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism or intellectual disabilities. Familiarity with patient observation techniques, patient monitoring tools, and developing or following detailed care plans. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely using proper manual handling techniques; experience with Hoyer lifts is preferred. Certification in CPR and First Aid is required; additional certifications related to healthcare or caregiving are advantageous. Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish; ability to effectively engage with diverse populations. Understanding of resident’s rights, HIPAA privacy regulations, and home & community care standards.     Position Overview Bella Luxe Living is seeking an outgoing and results-driven Business Development Representative to develop and grow our dealer and trade partner network. The primary responsibility of this position is to identify, contact, and build relationships with potential dealers, interior designers, architects, contractors, builders, developers, and other industry professionals. This is a field-based business development role. The ideal candidate should be comfortable visiting potential clients, introducing our company and products, following up with prospects, and converting new relationships into long-term business partnerships. Key Responsibilities • Identify and develop new dealers, distributors, interior designers, architects, contractors, builders, developers, and other trade partners., • Conduct outbound outreach through phone calls, emails, social media, networking, showroom visits, and in-person meetings., • Visit potential dealer locations, design firms, architectural firms, construction companies, and project sites throughout the assigned territory., • Introduce Bella Luxe Living’s products, services, dealer programs, pricing structure, samples, catalogs, and showroom resources., • Schedule and conduct presentations, showroom tours, product demonstrations, and business development meetings., • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with dealers and trade partners., • Follow up with prospective clients and move opportunities through the sales pipeline., • Assist dealers and trade partners with product selection, pricing, samples, quotations, and order coordination., • Maintain accurate records of all leads, contacts, meetings, follow-ups, and sales opportunities in the company CRM system., • Use the company-provided email address and communication tools for all business-related communications., • Coordinate with the showroom, design, purchasing, logistics, and management teams to support client needs., • Attend industry networking events, trade shows, association meetings, and local business events when required., • Monitor local market activity and provide feedback regarding competitor pricing, product trends, and customer demand., • Meet agreed-upon outreach, appointment, dealer onboarding, and sales performance goals. Qualifications • Previous experience in business development, outside sales, dealer development, account management, or territory sales is preferred., • Experience in cabinetry, flooring, furniture, tile, stone, doors, building materials, interior design, construction, or home improvement is strongly preferred., • Existing relationships with interior designers, architects, contractors, builders, developers, or building material dealers are a plus., • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills., • Comfortable conducting cold outreach and visiting potential clients in person., • Self-motivated, organized, professional, and able to work independently., • Ability to manage multiple prospects and follow-up activities., • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems., • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation., • Ability to travel locally throughout New York City, Long Island, Westchester, New Jersey, and surrounding areas as needed., • English fluency is required. Mandarin Chinese or another language is a plus. Performance Expectations The employee will be expected to: • Complete consistent weekly outreach to qualified dealer and trade prospects., • Schedule in-person or virtual meetings with potential partners., • Develop new dealer and trade accounts., • Maintain accurate and timely CRM records., • Follow up with all assigned prospects and active accounts., • Contribute to monthly and quarterly sales and business development goals. Specific performance targets may include the number of outreach contacts, qualified meetings, showroom visits, quotations, new dealer accounts, and closed sales. Compensation Compensation may include: • Base salary or daily compensation;, • Sales commission;, • Performance-based bonuses;, • Approved business travel reimbursement. Final compensation will depend on experience, existing industry relationships, and employment structure.
