Position Summary: The Administrative Assistant oversees the day-to-day operations and long-term planning of the early childhood program. Responsibilities include staff management, family communication, and ensuring a high-quality learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Program Management: Ensure daily operations comply with licensing regulations and maintain a safe, nurturing environment. Provide occasional classroom coverage and after-care support. Staff Management: Supervise and mentor staff, coordinate scheduling, and organize training sessions. Parent Communication: Maintain strong family relationships, provide program updates, and organize parent events. Manage social media accounts. As a Cost Estimator, you will help accurately assess project costs, enabling our team to deliver exceptional landscaping projects on time and within budget. You will work closely with our project managers and clients to ensure that every estimate reflects the quality and attention to detail we stand for.
