Across our New Jersey and Minnesota locations, you’ll work alongside knowledgeable experts on diverse projects in an environment where every day is different and your contributions truly matter Job Summary LTS is seeking a talented Director of Production Management to lead and optimize our Converting and Packaging manufacturing operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, safety, quality, and efficiency within our production environment. The Director will oversee managers and senior supervisors, drive both short‑term performance and long‑term strategy, and partner closely with Operations, Quality, and Engineering teams to deliver high‑quality products that meet our customers’ expectations. This is a full time, onsite role located in West Caldwell, NJ What You Will Do: • Lead and develop managers and senior supervisors across Packaging and Converting operations., • Ensure all activities comply with cGMP, FDA, and DEA regulations., • Drive daily production performance, including scheduling, resource allocation, problem‑solving, and on‑time delivery., • Champion safety initiatives and quality programs to maintain a safe, compliant workplace., • Optimize production efficiency and cost‑effectiveness while meeting regulatory and customer requirements., • Collaborate with the Director of Manufacturing on labor planning and resource utilization., • Support development and oversight of cost control reports, manpower plans, and operating budgets., • Achieve financial objectives through effective planning, monitoring, and forecasting., • Coordinate cross‑functional support to ensure smooth workflow and operational alignment., • Partner with the VP of Operations to deploy Optimization and Reliability Engineers to improve quality and efficiency., • Enhance customer satisfaction by reducing delinquencies and improving delivery performance., • Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and support., • Lead integration of new technologies and systems across Production, Operations, Quality, and Engineering., • Bachelor’s degree in Process Engineering or a related field., • 10–14 years of pharmaceutical industry experience., • Strong understanding of cGMPs, SOPs, and FDA/DEA regulations., • At least 3 years previous management and leadership experience in a manufacturing environment., • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills., • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint., • Experience in packaging and converting environments, • SAP S4HANA experience helpful If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you!
