SITE SAFETY MANAGER/COORDINATOR | NEW YORK CITY As a Premier Safety NYC Site Safety Manager, you will serve as an essential part of the project team. You will oversee day-to-day safety conditions, monitor ongoing construction operations, identify and address hazards, maintain required documentation, and help ensure that work is performed in accordance with applicable NYC Department of Buildings, OSHA, Site Safety Plan, and Building Code requirements. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Perform routine and daily safety inspections throughout the job site Monitor active construction and demolition operations Identify hazardous conditions and communicate corrective actions Verify that required safety procedures and controls are being followed Maintain accurate site safety records, logs, reports, and documentation Conduct or participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and worker safety communications Monitor high-risk operations and changing site conditions Review safety conditions and recommend practical corrective measures Follow up on outstanding hazards until corrective actions are addressed Document and assist with the investigation of accidents, incidents, and near misses Work closely with superintendents, project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and trades Coordinate with NYC DOB representatives and other regulatory personnel when necessary Support implementation and compliance with approved Site Safety Plans Monitor operations involving scaffolding, hoisting, rigging, concrete, demolition, fall protection, and other high-risk activities Help maintain a safe and organized work environment for everyone on site Promote a proactive safety culture rather than simply reacting to violations or incidents QUALIFICATIONS WHAT YOU BRING TO PREMIER SAFETY NYC REQUIRED Current NYC DOB Site Safety Manager/Coordinator license in good standing Working knowledge of NYC construction safety requirements OSHA construction safety knowledge and applicable training Previous experience on active NYC construction and/or demolition sites Strong hazard-recognition and problem-solving abilities Ability to communicate safety requirements clearly and professionally Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain organized and accurate safety documentation Professional approach when working with contractors, subcontractors, workers, management, and regulatory personnel Ability to travel between NYC project locations as required Ability to work independently while remaining an effective member of the project safety team Responsibilities Monitor comprehensive site safety plans in accordance with NYC DOB regulations and OSHA standards. Conduct regular safety inspections and audits across construction sites to identify hazards and enforce corrective actions. Serve as the primary point of contact for all safety-related issues, ensuring timely communication with project teams, contractors, and regulatory agencies. Coordinate safety training sessions for site personnel, including OSHA compliance, NFPA standards, electrical safety procedures, and first aid/CPR certification. Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incident reports, risk assessments, and compliance documentation. Lead accident investigations when incidents occur, analyze root causes, and recommend preventative measures to mitigate future risks. Ensure all construction activities comply with ANSI standards, NEC codes, occupational health guidelines, and construction workplace safety regulations. Skills Extensive knowledge of NYC DOB construction safety requirements and regulatory compliance standards. Proven experience in risk management, occupational health, and construction workplace safety management. Strong understanding of OSHA regulations, NFPA standards, ANSI standards, and electrical safety procedures. Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting purposes. Demonstrated leadership in team management and safety training implementation on active construction sites. Ability to perform thorough hazard assessments and develop effective risk mitigation strategies. Behind every child who receives services is a coordinated effort to make sure care is authorized, covered, and never interrupted. The Insurance Coordinator sits at the center of that effort. Position Summary We're looking for a detail-driven Insurance Coordinator to own the eligibility and authorization side of our ABA services. In this role, you make sure every client has active insurance coverage and valid authorization in place before and throughout their care --- verifying benefits, securing initial authorizations, and staying ahead of re-authorization deadlines so that no child's services lapse. You'll be the connective tissue between payers, our clinical team, and families, translating insurance requirements into clear next steps and keeping our authorization pipeline accurate and current. This is a role for someone who is organized, persistent, and detail oriented --- someone who takes real ownership of deadlines and follows through until each authorization is confirmed. Position is full-time and compensation is based on experience ranging between $25-30/hr. Key Responsibilities Eligibility & Benefits Verification • Confirm that referrals, diagnoses, and required documentation meet each payer's criteria for ABA services., • Confirm new coverage whenever a client's coverage changes. Authorization & Re-authorization Management • Prepare and submit initial authorization requests for ABA assessments and treatment, ensuring each packet is complete and payer-compliant., • Track every active authorization --- units approved, units used, and expiration dates --- and initiate re-authorizations well ahead of deadlines to prevent any lapse in services., • Coordinate with BCBAs and the clinical team to gather assessments, treatment plans, progress reports, and supporting documentation required for authorization and continued-care requests., • Monitor authorization status through submission, follow-up, and approval, escalating delays and resolving payer requests for additional information. Payer & Internal Coordination • Serve as the primary point of contact with our insurance team, • Keep clinical, intake, and billing teams informed of authorization status, upcoming expirations, and any coverage issues that could affect a client's schedule., • Communicate coverage and authorization details clearly to families when needed, in plain, supportive language. Records & Compliance • Maintain accurate, up-to-date authorization records in our systems (client management platform and payer portals), ensuring dates, units, and documentation are always current., • Track key dates and maintain a reliable tickler/reminder system so re-authorizations are never missed., • Handle all client and health information in accordance with HIPAA and organizational privacy standards. Qualifications Required • 1+ years of experience in insurance verification, prior authorizations, or a related healthcare administrative role (ABA, behavioral health, or pediatric therapy experience strongly preferred)., • Working knowledge of insurance concepts --- eligibility, benefits, authorizations, medical necessity, and payer requirements., • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail, with a proven ability to manage many deadlines at once without letting anything slip., • Clear, professional written and verbal communication., • Comfort working in insurance portals, EHR/practice-management systems, and standard office software (spreadsheets, email)., • Persistence and comfort with payer follow-up --- including phone calls and appeals of incomplete or delayed requests., • A discreet, professional approach to confidential health information (HIPAA).     Position Summary The Registered Dietitian (RDN) will lead nutrition education, meal planning, and medically tailored meal (MTM) coordination for the Brownsville Wellness Program as part of the NYS 1115 Waiver Social Care Network. In addition to providing reimbursable SCN services, the RDN will also expand the BWP’s presence through community-based workshops, cooking demonstrations, and wellness partnerships that promote sustainable, culturally appropriate health behaviors in Brownsville and beyond. Key Responsibilities 1. SCN-Compliant Nutrition Services • Deliver individual and group-based nutrition counseling for Medicaid participants enrolled in the BWP., • Complete participant nutrition assessments to determine eligibility for MTMs and assist in customization of dietary plans., • Document all services in the SCN IT Platform, including service delivery, progress tracking, and participant feedback., • Collaborate with CHW and Program Manager to ensure that Social Care Plans align with medical nutrition therapy (MNT) goals. 1.
