About the Role We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager who’s equal parts strategist, trend-spotter, and relationship-builder. This person will own influencer strategy from start to finish, driving both brand love and measurable results across organic and paid channels. You’ll manage the full creator ecosystem from campaigns, briefs, budgets, talent, and team, and help shape how Adore Me shows up across culture and community. You’ll also lead the development of our ambassador program, building it from the ground up to turn loyal customers and creators into true brand advocates. Qualifications for the Position • 4–5 years of influencer marketing experience, preferably in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle., • Proven ability to build and scale ambassador or community programs from start to finish., • Skilled in negotiation, budget management, and contract creation., • Strong background in influencer casting, campaign strategy, and creative briefing., • Deep understanding of social trends, cultural moments, and creator communities., • Comfortable balancing organic storytelling with paid acquisition strategy., • Collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment., • Familiarity with affiliate and influencer tools such as Tagger, CreatorIQ, LTK, or ShopMy., • Exemplary interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written, • Highly motivated, collaborative, • Experience in a Startup or Retail industry is an extra plus!, • An intellectually curious team player with a no-compromises approach to work quality, attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment, • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, hands-on go-getter with the ability to build and overhaul processes, take initiative, work independently and proactively, multi-task, and remain flexible with changing priorities, • “I’ll find a way!” mindset, where you can leverage your autonomy within your role to think outside the box, • Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across global teams by adapting to diverse cultural norms, respecting time zone differences, and leveraging digital collaboration tools to maintain alignment and productivity, • Skilled in building trust and fostering inclusive communication styles that support clarity, empathy, and shared goals in international work environments, • Ability and willingness to work on-site at our office in Tribeca on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, • At least 4 years of experience in influencer marketing, • Proven experience negotiating influencer contracts, rates, usage rights, and deliverables, • Demonstrated experience creating influencer briefs and overseeing content from concept through approval, • Experience managing and tracking influencer budgets across multiple campaigns, • Experience managing a team or directly overseeing junior contributors Responsibilities • Own end-to-end influencer strategy across organic, paid, and acquisition channels, ensuring every partnership aligns with brand and business goals., • Develop and launch Adore Me’s ambassador program, creating a scalable structure for community advocacy and long-term creator relationships., • Negotiate influencer partnerships and contracts, managing usage rights, deliverables, and budgets to maximize ROI while building long-term relationships., • Cast and secure influencer shoots, overseeing everything from talent sourcing to creative execution in collaboration with brand and production teams., • Identify cultural moments and trends to inform event and partnership strategy—spotting where Adore Me should show up, what conversations to lead, and which experiences to create from an influencer perspective., • Manage campaign execution from concept and briefing through contracting, content review, and reporting., • Oversee influencer budgets and maintain clear tracking for spend, KPIs, and ROI across all activations., • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, brand, and performance teams to build cohesive 360° campaigns that bridge content and commerce., • Support affiliate growth by optimizing partnerships on platforms like LTK and ShopMy, tying creator influence directly to performance., • Manage and mentor a team of two, fostering creativity, organization, and growth through strong communication and collaboration.
