POSITION PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES: The Community Needs Bank Driver will play a crucial role in supporting the successful implementation of RETAIL RESCUE supporting the Nikki Schwartz Memorial Community Needs Bank Food Pantry Network. This position will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely transportation of food from Nassau County retail grocery stores assigned by Island Harvest. Rescued food will be brought to the SJJCC and also redistributed to local pantries and soup kitchens as needed.
