Job Description Position Overview: Lincoln Diagnostics, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Inventory Associate to support our growing clinical laboratory operations. This role ensures that all laboratory supplies, reagents, and consumables are properly stocked, organized, and available to keep testing workflows running efficiently. The ideal candidate will be dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced medical laboratory environment. Key Responsibilities: • Receive and log all incoming shipments of reagents, consumables, and laboratory supplies., • Verify packing slips and invoices against deliveries to ensure accuracy., • Maintain and update the lab’s inventory management records., • Perform routine stock counts and reconcile any discrepancies., • Track expiration dates and properly dispose of outdated or damaged materials., • Coordinate with purchasing staff and vendors on supply needs and reorders., • Maintain organization and cleanliness of supply storage areas and refrigerators/freezers., • Ensure compliance with safety, CLIA, and laboratory standards., • Assist laboratory staff with locating or replenishing materials as needed. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred., • Prior experience in a clinical, hospital, or medical laboratory is highly preferred., • Excellent organizational and time-management skills., • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures., • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Excel, inventory or LIMS systems a plus)., • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and handle laboratory materials safely., • Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Schedule: • Part-time; approximately 15–25 hours per week., • Flexible daytime schedule (Monday–Friday).
