Job Description Our client, a fast-growing global technology organization, is looking for an outstanding Head of People & Culture to drive their US regional operations. This strategic leadership position is perfect for an experienced HR professional who excels at balancing visionary thinking with tactical implementation. In this role, you'll serve as the primary HR leader for the US market, working closely with the Global SVP of HR and key business stakeholders to ensure people initiatives support aggressive expansion goals. The ideal candidate can navigate both big-picture strategy and operational details, creating robust HR systems while staying connected to everyday business needs. You'll manage a team of 7-9 HR specialists spanning Recruitment, People Operations, and Administrative functions, while maintaining strong partnerships with international Centers of Excellence. This position offers the chance to influence organizational culture, enhance operational efficiency, and establish HR frameworks that support an innovative, diverse workplace.
