Job Description– This part-time employment opportunity is through Delfina Medical Group – Objective: The Registered Dietitian will serve as Perinatal Nutritional Health Expert in an ongoing fashion. Qualifications: • Education: Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), earned at least a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university., • Licensed to practice in California is a requirement, • Active registration in California Medicaid system is a plus, • Fluency in English is a requirement, additional fluency in Spanish is highly preferred., • 2+ years of experience providing patient care in pregnancy related nutrition including management of Gestational Diabetes, Type I and Type II Diabetes, • Previous work providing virtual patient care, • Available for phone and video meetings on an intermittent basis with the Delfina Medical Group We value that everyone at Delfina brings a unique background and perspective.
