Responsibilities: Teach English to non-native speakers in an engaging and interactive online classroom setting. Plan and deliver lessons according to our curriculum and student needs. Provide personalized feedback and guidance to help students improve their language skills. Manage virtual classroom tools and platforms effectively to ensure smooth and productive classes. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to maintain high-quality education standards. Requirements: For experienced teachers: At least 1 year of teaching experience (online or in-person) in English as a second language (ESL). For beginners: Passion for teaching and willingness to learn; we offer training and mentorship. Strong communication skills in English (both spoken and written). Ability to work flexible hours.
