Next Level Construction is seeking a detail-oriented Construction Accounting & Requisitions Administrator to support our construction and development projects. This role is responsible for job cost tracking, subcontractor payment support, and preparation of bank draw requisitions, working closely with ownership, project managers, lenders, and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities Prepare and submit bank draw requisitions Track job costs, budgets, and invoices Collect and review lien waivers, insurance, and backup documentation Maintain records of subcontractor payments and retainage Coordinate with lenders, funds control, and accountants Assist with financial reporting and cash-flow tracking Qualifications Experience or strong familiarity with construction accounting or project administration Proficient in QuickBooks and Excel Highly organized with strong attention to detail Reliable, professional, and able to manage multiple projects
