EPA certification or equivalent for handling refrigerants (if applicable). Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Strong problem-solving and time-management skills. High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is preferred. Valid driverâs license (if required for service calls).
