Job Description Diesel Maintenance Roadside Technician (Mobile Service Unit) Are you an experienced Diesel Technician who enjoys working independently, solving problems on the go, and keeping fleets moving? Gabrielli Truck Leasing and Rental is hiring Mobile Diesel Fleet Maintenance Technicians (Class A & B) to join our growing roadside service team. In this role, you'll work on the road from a fully equipped Mobile Service Vehicle, performing maintenance and repairs wherever our customers need you most. Key Responsibilities • Perform scheduled and unscheduled roadside maintenance and minor repairs (e.g. oil/filter changes, lighting, tires, greasing, minor component replacements)., • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues on commercial trucks and fleet equipment., • Ensure all repairs meet Federal Motor Carrier DOT standards., • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work using company systems., • Operate service tools and equipment safely and responsibly., • Valid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)., • Minimum 1–3 years of diesel technician or fleet maintenance experience preferred., • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs, kneel, crawl, and work in various physical conditions., • Must be comfortable working alone in a mobile setting with limited supervision., • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, internet browser)., • Must own tools necessary to perform mobile repair and maintenance work., • High School Diploma or GED required., • Must pass background check and drug screening., • CDL License and/or NYS Heavy Duty Inspector’s License a plus (not required, but willingness to obtain is necessary)., • Full-Time, Year-Round Work, • Steady Pay with Overtime Opportunities, • Medical, Dental, and 401(k) Benefits, • Paid Vacation & Holidays, • Ongoing Training and Advancement Opportunities, • Work with a supportive team in a growing company Gabrielli Truck Sales is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Job Description Job Description: We are seeking a mechanic to repair and maintain diesel engine industrial trucks according to dealership and factory specifications. Individual must have electrical troubleshooting skills and strong computerized electrical system diagnostic capabilities Responsibilities: • Performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards., • Diagnoses cause of any malfunction and performs repair., • Examines assigned vehicle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended., • Documents all work performed and recommended on the repair order., • Participates in manufacturer sponsored training programs, schools, and events., • Keeps abreast of manufacturer technical bulletins., • Maintains and is accountable for all dealership-owned tools and manuals.
