Responsibilities: • Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide friendly service., • Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty items, following company standards., • Operate and maintain all coffee-related equipment, such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers, ensuring they are clean and in good working order., • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately using the POS system., • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including countertops, tables, and the seating area, adhering to health and safety standards., • Restock supplies, such as coffee beans, milk, syrups, and paper goods, as needed., • Answer customer questions about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods., • Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow., • High school diploma or equivalent preferred., • Previous experience in a customer service, food service, or barista role is a plus., • Strong customer service and communication skills., • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment., • Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic personality., • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team., • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
