Job Description JOB DEFINITION: Utilizes various activities under supervision to serve the treatment needs of clients and help them make progress toward their goals. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Associates Degree, Bachelor's degree or higher preferred. Our Clinical Services are designed to empower both adults and children/adolescents on their journey to recovery, RiseWell offers comprehensive outpatient mental health and addiction services to individuals in need. Our mission is to provide unwavering support and guidance to individuals seeking assistance through individual and group therapy, medication-assisted treatment, and comprehensive support services. In this role, you will provide clinical evidence-based services with a focus on mitigating crisis. Services will be provided via integrated treatment. Services will be provided by a multi-disciplinary treatment team with an overall goal to improve consumer health outcomes upon resolution of crisis. Service delivery will occur on-site, in vivo, and in the community. A caseload of adults, children and families will be maintained while providing individual, group, and family sessions.
