Job DescriptionJob Title: Radiation Therapist Location: Brooklyn, NY 11203 Duration: 13 Weeks Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Pay Rate: $49 – $61 per hour Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Radiation Therapist for a 13-week assignment at a reputable healthcare facility in Brooklyn, NY. The Radiation Therapist will be responsible for delivering prescribed radiation treatments to patients while ensuring accuracy, safety, and high-quality patient care. Responsibilities * Administer radiation therapy treatments as prescribed by the Radiation Oncologist * Accurately position patients and operate radiation therapy equipment * Monitor patients during treatment and report any adverse reactions * Maintain detailed treatment records and documentation * Follow safety protocols and radiation protection standards * Collaborate with physicians, physicists, dosimetrists, and oncology team members * Provide patient education and emotional support throughout treatment Qualifications * Minimum of 1 year of Radiation Therapy experience * Valid license as a Radiation Therapist issued by the New York State Department of Health (NYDOH) * Primary Source Verification required * BLS certification preferred For more details reach at or Call / Text at 516-587-6677.
