We provide compassionate, high-quality healthcare to our patients. We are seeking a full time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with strong clinical skills and experience in primary care to join our practice. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, managing a broad range of acute and chronic conditions, and collaborating with our medical and administrative teams to provide exceptional patient care. This position will rotate throughout our locations, as needed. The work schedule will be Mondays to Fridays and alternating Saturdays if needed. Responsibilities: • Conduct wellness visits, sick visits, urgent care, and follow-up visits., • Diagnose, develop treatment plans, and manage patient care effectively., • Prescribe medications and monitor patient adherence and outcomes., • Order and interpret diagnostic tests (EKG, PFT, ultrasound, x-rays, etc.)., • Administer preventive care services., • Refer patients to specialists when necessary., • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)., • Participate in clinical quality improvement programs to enhance patient care.
