Quality Control & Construction Execution Interpret and implement architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents. Monitor workmanship and ensure construction meets the project's quality standards. Identify design, coordination, and field issues and work with the project team to develop solutions. Coordinate inspections and ensure deficiencies are addressed promptly. Maintain a strong attention to detail throughout all phases of construction. Safety & Compliance Enforce company safety policies and applicable OSHA and NYC Department of Buildings requirements. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site. Conduct and document safety meetings and site inspections as required. Monitor subcontractor compliance with site safety requirements. Proactively identify and address potential safety concerns. Client & Stakeholder Relations Serve as a professional on-site representative of the company. Communicate effectively with clients, architects, designers, consultants, and other project stakeholders. Maintain accurate records of site activities, inspections, deliveries, and issues. Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of experience supervising high-end construction projects in New York City. Experience with high-end interior construction required; luxury residential, luxury retail, and/or high-end hospitality experience strongly preferred. Comfortable representing the firm on site in front of clients, architects and designers with clear, articulate communication Strong understanding of construction means and methods, sequencing, scheduling, and site logistics. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage subcontractors and multiple trades. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents. Strong understanding of NYC construction practices and requirements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
