KNOWLEDGE AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Work closely with NCO General Manager in providing direction and clarity around best in class processes and procedures to operate at the highest level of effectiveness and efficiency, including ordering, inventory management, effective scheduling practices, and general leadership of the Back of House teams., • Responsible for the production levels for the café, in partnership with the General Manager, to ensure that the café has the appropriate amount of quality product being produced, based on each day's projected sales volume, while managing to sales and traffic trend., • Determine if there is adequate staffing of the Back of House teams to ensure there is a fully staffed and trained team during the opening, or if there are gaps that need to be addressed., • Partner with General Manager and District Manager if there are Back of House staffing or skills issues during opening., • Works with General Manager on the scheduling of Back of House teams to ensure there is adequate coverage based on the needs of the business., • Responsible for teaching the inventory management process for the café and how to manage to Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) goals., • Responsible for teaching General Manager the end of Month Back of House inventory, per company guidelines., • Responsible for teaching Back of House teams the process of ordering and receiving of shipments., • Responsible for ensuring the entire café team is consistently adhering to sanitation and food safety standards, • Provide coaching, feedback and recognition to ensure the Back of House teams are maintaining and executing to the highest standards of product quality and adherence to Paris Baguette's mission, vision and brand values., • Work closely with Training and Development and District Production teams to support the learning and development of all Back of House teams after the opening., • Ability to work extended workdays to the support business as needed., • Other job duties, as assigned. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Field & Installation Supervision • Supervise and coordinate daily installation activities across active project sites., • Direct installers and field crews to ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and according to schedule., • Manage both union and non-union installers, depending on project requirements., • Assign daily work, establish priorities, and ensure crews understand project expectations and installation requirements., • Maintain accountability among field personnel and ensure work is completed efficiently., • Provide hands-on field leadership and assist crews with resolving installation challenges when necessary. Remote Team & Project Management Coordination • Communicate daily with remote Project Managers and internal teams regarding project status, manpower, scheduling, materials, site conditions, and outstanding issues., • Participate in Zoom/video meetings, project calls, and virtual coordination meetings as required., • Provide photographs, videos, measurements, field reports, and other documentation to remote teams., • Escalate potential delays, material shortages, design conflicts, or other project risks promptly., • Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Purchasing, Logistics, and Project Management teams to keep projects moving.     Construction Project Manager We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager for our growing organization! The primary role of the Project Manager position is to coordinate with all trade contractors, architects, and consultants is a must. This person will work closely with outside vendors, in-house staff, and clients with the goal of seeing that work is integrated, well managed, tracked, on time and on budget. This position is client facing and would be the direct contact as the highest ranking onsite Owners Representative with an emphasis on ensuring Schedule, Cost, Scope and Safety Job Description • Responsible for overall project delivery (cost, schedule, quality, information, contracts) on multiple project assignments, • Manage project development from conception through completion (both large and small) in accordance with program objectives, • Manage relationships with owner representatives, architects, engineers and clients on a professional level while supervising subcontractors and vendors, • Be well organized, detail oriented and capacity to multi-task successfully, • Be principal point of contact for multiple construction projects and meet deadlines, • Identify problems and recommend solutions, • Lead responsibility & accountability to the client for all field operations on a project., • Direct & supervise work & efforts of subcontractors, • Make sure that the requirements of the project are met, • Respect schedule, quality & cost control., • Develop, update, modify & maintain the project schedule, • Weekly safety meetings, informal safety meeting and sign off with the subcontractors., • Develop & maintain site's safety & logistics plan with inspector, • Communicate, monitor & supervise all material delivery on the job site, • Prepare contract items & shop drawing schedules., • Run weekly meetings with foreman & superintendents, • Create & distribute minutes of these meetings., • Review submittals & shop drawings for compliance with contract documents, • Maintain a control set of contract drawings, shop drawings, sketches, • Produce necessary letters/memo’s throughout the project, • Coordinate & confirm surveyed layout requirements., • Maintain daily job reports, • Coordinate and keep As-Built drawings on site for close out.
