Coordinate schedules and ensure appointments are accurately documented and confirmed. 4. Relationship Building: Build rapport and establish trust with prospects through effective communication and a professional demeanor. Address objections and concerns to keep prospects engaged and interested. 5. Lead Nurturing: Follow up with leads who have expressed interest but are not yet ready to schedule appointments. Maintain ongoing communication to keep leads warm and cultivate relationships over time. 6. CRM Management: Utilize CRM software to record all interactions with leads, update contact information, and track progress through the sales pipeline. Ensure data accuracy and completeness for effective lead management. 7. Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including call volume, conversion rates, and appointment outcomes.
