Purpose of the Job Doceree is building the AI-powered Healthcare Marketing Cloud, a next-generation omnichannel platform transforming how pharmaceutical brands engage Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and patients. Our platform moves beyond vanity metrics like impressions and clicks toward Clinical Intent — identifying critical decision-making moments and orchestrating the right engagement, across the right channel, at the right time. We are looking for an Associate Director/Director of Product Management to own the Audience Builder & Planner pillar: the system of record for how customers discover, define, size, and plan HCP and patient audiences. This role will partner closely with Data Science, Identity/Data Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure our audience and planning products deliver measurable business impact for pharmaceutical clients. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Vision • Own end-to-end product strategy for the Audience Builder & Planner module of Doceree's DSP — the system of record for defining, sizing, and planning HCP and patient audiences, • Define and maintain the product roadmap for audience creation, segmentation, taxonomy, and media planning capabilities, balancing innovation with commercial priorities, • Conduct competitive analysis across DSP, DMP, and CDP audience platforms and identify positioning opportunities in HCP and patient audience planning, • Present roadmap, progress, and strategic direction to executive leadership and key pharma clients Product Execution • Drive the product lifecycle for audience building, cohort creation, reach/frequency and inventory forecasting, and pre-campaign planning workflows, • Create prototypes and author high-quality PRDs, user stories, and specifications for audience segmentation, look-alike modeling, and planning tools that enable Engineering to execute with clarity, • Drive weekly release cadences with a lean, fast-moving Engineering and Data Science team, • Translate complex identity, data onboarding, and taxonomy requirements into intuitive planner experiences Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner with Data Science to evolve audience modeling, look-alike expansion, propensity scoring, and predictive planning capabilities, • Work with Design to deliver intuitive experiences for audience creation, segment discovery, and media planning, • Partner with Identity and Data Engineering on onboarding, matching, and privacy-safe audience construction, • Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams during strategic client conversations on audience strategy and planning, • Collaborate with a high-performing global Product and Engineering organization across the US and India Audience Intelligence & Data Architecture • Partner with Engineering and AI teams on scalable audience segmentation, cohort building, and forecasting systems, • Contribute to product direction around identity graphs, HCP/NPI matching, data clean rooms, and privacy-safe data collaboration, • Help define AI-driven look-alike modeling, propensity scoring, and audience recommendation capabilities, • Ensure audience data workflows are compliant with healthcare privacy regulations and consent frameworks (e.g., HIPAA) Qualifications - Experience, Skills & Education • 5-8+ years of product management experience, including experience building data or audience platforms such as DMPs, CDPs, or DSP audience/planning tooling, • Hands-on experience with audience segmentation, identity resolution, and media planning or forecasting, • Strong understanding of programmatic advertising ecosystems and data-driven audience products, • Ability to operate comfortably across technical, commercial, and client-facing conversations, • Strong communication and executive presentation skills, • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Commercial teams, • Comfortable with occasional travel for client meetings, leadership collaboration and global team engagement across the US, UK, and India Key Competencies • Experience with healthcare, pharmaceutical, AdTech, MarTech, or other highly-regulated industries, • Familiarity with identity graphs, data clean rooms, HCP/NPI data, or claims/EHR data, • Experience building DMP, CDP, or audience planning platforms with customer-facing impact, • Understanding of privacy-safe data collaboration and healthcare compliance frameworks, • Exposure to AI/ML-driven segmentation, look-alike modeling, or recommendation systems, • You balance strategic thinking with execution - you can define a 2-year vision and also unblock a sprint issue, • You're comfortable with ownership - strategy, specs, design review, launch, iteration - no handoffs to “someone else”, • You have strong opinions, loosely held - you can defend a roadmap decision and change your mind when data says otherwise, • You thrive in ambiguity and move fast despite incomplete information, • You're energized by healthcare impact - the idea that your product might help HCPs and patients access the right information faster motivates you Why Explore a Career at Doceree Doceree has been recognized and certified Best places to work NJ 2023 and Great Place to work 2026.
