The HelloFresh Group now includes our core brand, HelloFresh, as well as: Green Chef, EveryPlate, Chefs Plate, Factor_, and Youfoodz. \n Senior Maintenance Manager \n \n As the Senior Maintenance Manager – M&RE, you will oversee the maintenance and reliability of one of our flagship fulfillment centers. You will take a hands-on approach to leadership, effectively engaging, motivating, and coaching team members. Partnering with the M&RE senior leadership team, you will define, develop and deliver the maintenance roadmap and set the standard for operational efficiency within your fulfillment center. \n You will... \n\n • Oversee M&RE-related processes including maintenance of automation and manufacturing equipment, electrical, refrigeration, PIT equipment (forklifts), building, grounds, and overall upkeep of your building\n, • Motivate, engage, coach, and inspire a team of managers and technicians, creating a positive team dynamic that encourages all employees to provide feedback and drive change from within \n, • Provide project management and support as assigned for key strategic and building level projects\n\n\n, • Manage outside vendors and facilitate planned and unplanned repairs\n, • Ensure that maintenance regulations are followed\n, • Maintain a current list of contractors to ensure that all emergency repairs are handled in a timely manner\n, • Customer Centric: You are passionate about delivering on commitments to your customers\n, • Bold: you have vision, passion and grit; you're not afraid to take calculated risks and constantly challenge the status quo\n, • Agile: you roll with the punches and don’t get overwhelmed easily, you adapt quickly to change and know how to deliver results in a fast-paced, autonomous environment\n, • Decisive: You realize when making a decision is as important as the time it takes to make that decision\n, • Problem-solver: you understand there is not a one-size-fits-all approach when problem-solving; you think outside the box and enjoy deep diving issues to find a solution\n, • Programmatic: you’re able to identify the system component that is causing the error, as well as the options available for resolving it and completing the task efficiently\n, • 8+ years managing maintenance/operations and reliability within the Food/Beverage/Perishables/Distribution industry or equivalent experience\n, • Bachelor's Degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required\n, • Effective leader and communicator for employees, direct reports, cross-functional teams, and executives\n, • High level of integrity and ethics with excellent follow-up and follow-through\n, • Interest in engaging directly with all levels of staff\n, • Well-versed in recent OSHA regulations and compliance\n, • Able to read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and schematics\n, • Exposure to refrigeration systems\n, • Knowledgeable in GMP/LEAN and strong continuous improvement and project management skills\n, • Comfortable working in cold environments with some areas of facility at 40F\n, • Excitement for working in a start-up environment with a high level of ambiguity and change\n, • Competitive salary, 401k with company match that vests immediately upon participation, and company equity plan based on role\n, • Generous PTO, including sabbatical, and parental leave of up to 16 weeks\n, • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits with options at $0 monthly, effective first day of employment\n, • Tuition reimbursement for continuing education (upon 2 years of service)\n, • Up to 85% discount on subscriptions to HelloFresh meal plans (HelloFresh, Green Chef, Everyplate, and Factor_) \n, • Access to Employee Resource Groups that are open to all employees, including those pertaining to BIPOC, women, veterans, parents, and LGBTQ+\n
