The HelloFresh Group now includes our core brand, HelloFresh, as well as: Green Chef, EveryPlate, Chefs Plate, Factor_, and Youfoodz. \n Associate Maintenance Manager \n As the Associate Maintenance Manager, you will oversee the maintenance and reliability for your assigned building or shift. You will take a hands-on approach to leadership, effectively engaging, motivating, and coaching team members. Partnering with the M&RE senior leadership team, you will support and deliver the facilities maintenance roadmap and set the standard for operational efficiency. \n You will... \n\n • Oversee maintenance related processes including maintenance of automation and manufacturing equipment, electrical, refrigeration, building, grounds, and overall upkeep of a building\n, • Motivate, engage, coach, and inspire a team of technicians, creating a positive team dynamic that encourages all employees to provide feedback and drive change from within\n, • Manage outside vendors and facilitate planned and unplanned repairs\n, • Ensure that maintenance regulations are followed\n, • Maintain a current list of contractors to ensure that all emergency repairs are handled\n, • Customer Centric: You are passionate about delivering on commitments to your customers\n, • Bold: you have passion and grit; you're not afraid to give feedback to your team and your manager\n, • Agile: you roll with the punches and don’t get overwhelmed easily, you adapt quickly to change and know how to deliver results in a fast-paced, autonomous environment\n, • Decisive: You realize when making a decision is as important as the time it takes to make that decision\n, • 0 to 2+ years’ experience managing facilities maintenance/operations and reliability within the Food/Beverage/Perishables/Distribution industry\n, • Bachelor's Degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required\n, • Interest in spending most of your time on the shop floor and working directly with all levels of staff\n, • High level of integrity and ethics with excellent follow-through\n, • Aware of OSHA regulations and compliance\n, • Able to read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and schematics\n, • Exposure to mechanical, electrical, automation and refrigeration systems\n, • Comfortable working in cold environments with some areas of facility at 40F\n, • Excitement for working in a start-up environment with a high level of ambiguity and change\n, • Effective communicator for employees, direct reports, cross-functional teams, and senior leadership\n, • Competitive salary, 401k with company match that vests immediately upon participation, and company equity plan based on role\n, • Generous PTO, including sabbatical, and parental leave of up to 16 weeks\n, • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits with options at $0 monthly, effective first day of employment\n, • Tuition reimbursement for continuing education (upon 2 years of service)\n, • Up to 85% discount on subscriptions to HelloFresh meal plans (HelloFresh, Green Chef, Everyplate, and Factor_) \n, • Access to 7 different Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) including those for BIPOC, women, veterans, parents, and LGBTQ+\n Newark, NJ Pay Range$86,200—$97,000 USDAbout HelloFresh\n We believe that sharing a meal brings people of all identities, backgrounds, and cultures together.
