Responsibilities • Work 1:1 with clients in the home-based and clinic-based setting., • Consistently follow and implement treatment plans set up by the BCBA Supervisor and prepare program materials; treatment protocols that include a wide variety of domains such as toilet training, communication, social, and adaptive living skills., • Maintain open communication with the BCBA Supervisor to review program goals and procedures for each client., • Collect and maintain accurate data and notes utilizing data collection software., • Review and implement consultation/supervision note recommendations., • Participate in ongoing training, evaluations, and meetings, as required by Kids First., • Assist with parent training and clinical assessments, as needed., • Communicate appropriately and effectively with colleagues and families, as needed., • Track supervision hours and annually renew the RBT certification as mandated by the regulatory body to maintain the certification., • Work ethically and with integrity while following the BACB Ethical Code., • Understand and adhere to HIPAA policies as well as Kids First’s policies and procedures., • Adhere to time and attendance policies and maintain a record, in good standing, of regular and reliable attendance and punctuality, to provide quality and consistent patient care. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for students with behavioral and developmental needs., • Provide direct and consultative behavioral services to students within school settings., • Train, coach, and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff in implementing behavior intervention strategies and evidence-based practices., • Collect, analyze, and interpret student behavioral data to monitor progress and guide treatment decisions., • Ensure treatment fidelity and provide ongoing feedback to school staff implementing behavioral interventions., • Collaborate with special education teams, school psychologists, administrators, and related service providers to support student success., • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute behavioral expertise to student educational planning., • Develop individualized goals and monitor student progress toward behavioral and social skill objectives., • Provide crisis management strategies and behavior support when necessary., • Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and compliance with school district, state, and BACB standards., • Support the development of positive behavior support systems within classrooms and school environments., • Provide staff professional development or workshops on behavior management. This will require many physical activities including, but not limited to, standing, sitting, bending, lifting 25+ pounds, running, squatting, kneeling, and generally keeping pace with children from 2-15 years old, • Any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA Qualifications:, • High school diploma or GED required, • Prior experience working with children preferred, • Prior experience providing support to children or adults with behavioral challenges, developmental delays, or special needs preferred, • Exposure to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities is preferred, though comprehensive training will be provided, • Reliable personal transportation with the ability to commute consistently to assigned work locations, • Ability to maintain confidentiality of client, family, and organizational information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies, • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, • Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to follow detailed instructions and document information accurately #bt2
