This will require many physical activities including, but not limited to, standing, sitting, bending, lifting 25+ pounds, running, squatting, kneeling, and generally keeping pace with children from 2-15 years old, • Any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA Qualifications:, • High school diploma or GED required, • Prior experience working with children preferred, • Prior experience providing support to children or adults with behavioral challenges, developmental delays, or special needs preferred, • Exposure to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities is preferred, though comprehensive training will be provided, • Reliable personal transportation with the ability to commute consistently to assigned work locations, • Ability to maintain confidentiality of client, family, and organizational information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies, • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, • Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to follow detailed instructions and document information accurately #bt2
