    We are seeking a talented and hospitality-driven to join our vibrant Italian restaurant team. This dual role is crucial for creating an exceptional guest experience, focusing on both expertly crafted beverages and attentive dining service at the bar. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and serve a full range of classic and Italian-inspired cocktails, wine, beer, aperitivi, and digestivi, maintaining consistent quality and presentation., • Provide comprehensive dining service to guests seated at the bar, including taking accurate food and beverage orders and delivering dishes efficiently., • Offer knowledgeable recommendations on our cocktail, wine, and food menus, enhancing the guest's culinary journey., • Maintain a pristine, organized, and fully stocked bar area at all times, adhering to all health and safety standards., • Manage bar seating, promptly greet guests, and ensure an attentive and seamless service experience., • Accurately process orders and handle payments using the POS system., • Cultivate a warm, engaging, and memorable atmosphere for all guests., • Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations., • Assist with opening and closing duties, including bar setup, stocking, and cleaning., • Collaborate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service flow. Qualifications: • A minimum of 2 years of bartending experience, preferably within a restaurant environment., • Strong expertise in classic cocktails, wine, and Italian spirits (e.g., Amaro, Aperol, Campari)., • Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively while maintaining high standards of service., • Excellent communication and guest engagement skills., • Comfort and proficiency in taking full food and beverage orders for bar patrons., • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced hospitality setting., • Must meet all legal age requirements for alcohol service.
