English Center busca profesor/a de inglés bilingüe o con altos conocimientos de la lengua (C1) para unirse al equipo docente de cara al curso 2024-2025. El centro ofrece un ambiente de trabajo familiar y trato cercano. Nos encontranos cerca de Fabra i Puig, muy cercanos a la parada de metro. INCORPORACIÖN INMEDIATA La metodología utilizada en nuestras aulas es propia y consiste en una mezcla de la enseñanza tradicional (con el acompañamiento de pizarras interactivas para que sea más fácil e interesante para los alumnos) y una enseñanza más interactiva basada en proyectos y juegos para los más pequeños y adolescentes y actividades más enfocadas a la conversación y role-play para los adultos. Los grupos son reducidos y no habrá más de 10 alumnos por aula, para facilitar el aprendizaje de los alumnos y el tiempo que puede dedicar el profesor/a a cada uno de ellos. El horario es de lunes a jueves por las tardes (de 17.15 a 20.15), viernes (de 18 a 20)) y sábados por la mañana (de 10 a 13.15) (imprescindible disponibilidad para el sábado por la mañana). Entre las tareas que deberá realizar el docente: - Pasar lista antes de empezar la clase. - Preparar las clases con antelación. - Proponer actividades o tareas más enfocadas al trabajo por proyectos o actividades de conversación, kahoots, etc. para reforzar los contenidos trabajados en cada unidad. - Evaluar a los estudiantes mediante exámenes trimestrales en los que se evaluarán todos los aspectos: grammar, vocabulary, writing y speaking y dar a los alumnos la retroalimentación necesaria para poder seguir mejorando. - Preparar informes trimestrales para los padres. - Crear un ambiente en el aula acogedor para los estudiantes en el que se sientan cómodos y a gusto. Requisitos: - Experiencia previa en la enseñanza de idiomas (mínimo 1 año) - Nivel C1 o superior, se valorará positivamente aquellos candidatos con estudios universitarios relacionados con la enseñanza y/o los idiomas. - Conocimientos de catalán/ castellano. - Ganas de seguir aprendiendo y mejorando. - Ser una persona alegre, activa, responsable y empática. - Vivir cerca del centro (Barcelona o área metropolitana)
