Es imprescindible tener una experiencia mínima de 3 años en posición similar en establecimientos de gastronomía mediterránea. Imprescindible haber trabajado en todas las partidas. Se trabaja con producto de primera gama y se produce en el restaurante por lo que se requiere conocimientos en bases culinarias. El perfil se corresponde al de una persona con voluntad de trabajo, polivalencia, compañerismo y muy buenas aptitudes. About the job POSITION SUMMARY Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food. Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables. Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients. Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist. Prepare cold foods. Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers. Test foods to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently. Monitor food quality while preparing food. Set-up and break down work station. Serve food in proper portions onto proper receptacles. Wash and disinfect kitchen area, tables, tools, knives, and equipment. Check and ensure the correctness of the temperature of appliances and food. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications. Restaurante La Madurada (Horta) busca Parrillero para unirse a su equipo. Requisitos: Experiencia previa en parrilla o cocina de carnes. Conocimiento y habilidades en el manejo de parrillas y técnicas de cocción de carnes a la brasa. Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y bajo presión. Compromiso con la calidad y presentación de los platos. Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos. Tareas: Cocinar y preparar carnes a la parrilla según los estándares de calidad del restaurante. Controlar la temperatura y el tiempo de cocción para asegurar el punto adecuado de cada corte. Mantener la limpieza y organización de la zona de parrilla y cocina. Colaborar en la preparación de acompañamientos y guarniciones para los platos. Controlar el inventario de carnes y materiales necesarios para la parrilla. Colaborar con el equipo en la elaboración de platos y asegurar una presentación impecable.
