MOWOOT’s technology addresses conditions including neurogenic bowel disorder, chronic idiopathic constipation, opioid-induced constipation, and IBS-C by emulating colon-specific physiotherapist massage in a simple daily 15-minute treatment. The founding team combines expertise in molecular microbiology, biological sciences, industrial design, and software engineering, creating a multidisciplinary environment for impact-driven work. Role Description The Office Manager at MOWOOT will oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organized, efficient, and supportive environment for the team. This full-time, on-site role in Esplugues de Llobregat, Barcelona, involves managing administrative processes, coordinating schedules and meetings, maintaining office equipment and supplies, and supporting basic finance and HR-related tasks such as invoices, expense tracking, and onboarding logistics. The person in this role will serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners, including customers, vendors, and service providers, ensuring professional communication and timely follow-up. Additional responsibilities include organizing company events, maintaining records and documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement of office procedures in a dynamic medical device setting. Qualifications • Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with colleagues, clients, and partners., • Candidates should possess Office Administration and Administrative Assistance skills to manage daily operations, scheduling, documentation, and coordination tasks., • Candidates should possess familiarity with Office Equipment and basic IT tools to ensure reliable office functionality and troubleshoot common issues., • Relevant experience in office management or administrative roles in a healthcare, medical device, or technology environment is beneficial., • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced growth-stage company are important., • Proficiency with productivity software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation tools) and comfort working in an international, multicultural team are advantageous., • Fluency in English is required; Spanish and/or Catalan language skills are a plus., • PhD degree is a plus
