Senior Marketing Manager Location: Leganes, Madrid, Spain Department: Marketing Reports to: Head of Commercial Position Overview The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the global or regional marketing strategy for Diater’s portfolio in allergy diagnostics and allergen immunotherapy . The role aims to strengthen brand positioning, support commercial growth, and ensure alignment between marketing, sales, medical affairs and market access This role requires strong strategic thinking, healthcare marketing expertise, and cross-functional leadership to drive product lifecycle management and market expansion. Key Responsibilities Strategic Marketing Develop and implement marketing strategies and annual brand plans for Diater’s allergy immunotherapy and diagnostic portfolio. Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities. Define value propositions and positioning for key products across different markets. Support global product launches and lifecycle management . Commercial Support Work closely with Sales, Medical, and RA teams to ensure strong market execution. Develop marketing materials, campaigns, and digital engagement tools for physicians and healthcare professionals. Provide training and marketing support to local sales teams and distributors. Event planning and organization Market Development Identify opportunities for new markets, indications, or product extensions . Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in allergy and immunology. Support scientific congresses, workshops, and educational initiatives . Product & Portfolio Management Manage product lifecycle from launch to maturity and optimization . Monitor product performance, market share, and revenue growth . Work with R&D and regulatory teams on new product development and positioning . Digital & Multichannel Marketing Drive digital transformation in marketing , including online campaigns, webinars, and physician engagement platforms. Implement data-driven marketing approaches and measure campaign effectiveness. Budget & Performance Management Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI optimization. Track KPIs and marketing performance metrics . Provide regular reports to senior management. Qualifications Education Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Marketing, Business Administration etc. PhD a plus Experience ~8–10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing ~ Experience in allergy, immunology, or specialty pharma is highly desirable ~ Proven track record in product launches and brand management Skills Strong strategic marketing and analytical skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management Experience managing cross-functional and international teams Knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance and regulatory environment Fluency in Spanish and English
