Receptionist and Customer Service at an Aesthetic Clinic
Dr. Goodwin is building the customer service team for our new aesthetic medicine clinic on Passeig de Gràcia, Barcelona. We are looking for proactive people with a warm approach, excellent English and an interest in growing with us.
You will join the clinic’s first team, with opportunities to develop your skills and take on greater responsibilities as the business grows. From the outset, your work will help shape the experience we offer our patients.
What you will do
· Welcome and assist patients at the clinic.
· Manage appointments, confirmations, schedule changes, payments and administrative tasks.
· Respond to enquiries by phone, WhatsApp and email.
· Support and follow up with people who have already requested information, helping them with enquiries and appointment bookings.
· Explain services and quotations clearly, referring clinical assessments to the medical team.
Depending on your strengths and interests, your main focus may be reception, telephone customer service or advising patients about our services. Everyone on the team should be comfortable speaking on the phone. We will discuss the focus of your role during the selection process.
What we are looking for
· Experience in customer service, reception, sales, hospitality or beauty is valued but not essential. We care about your attitude, communication skills and willingness to learn.
· Fluent Spanish and a very high level of spoken and written English, so you can assist patients confidently and professionally. Catalan is an advantage.
· Clear communication, organisation, initiative and confidence speaking on the phone.
· An interest in aesthetic medicine and confidence learning digital tools.
· Availability to work on site in Barcelona and authorisation to work in Spain.
We offer a permanent contract with 40 hours per week and paid training. For our first hires, we are planning a training visit to Hungary with our team, giving you the opportunity to learn how we work and prepare for your role in Barcelona.

Recepcionista y atención al cliente en clínica estética
En Dr. Goodwin estamos formando el equipo de atención al cliente de nuestra nueva clínica de medicina estética en Passeig de Gràcia, Barcelona. Buscamos personas con iniciativa, un trato cercano y un nivel muy alto de inglés, que quieran crecer con nosotros.
Te incorporarás al equipo inicial de la clínica y tendrás la oportunidad de desarrollarte profesionalmente y asumir nuevas responsabilidades a medida que crezca la empresa. Desde el principio, tu trabajo ayudará a definir la experiencia que ofrecemos a nuestros pacientes.
Qué harás
· Recibir y atender a los pacientes en la clínica.
· Gestionar citas, confirmaciones, cambios de agenda, cobros y tareas administrativas.
· Responder consultas por teléfono, WhatsApp y correo electrónico.
· Atender y dar seguimiento a personas que ya han solicitado información, ayudándolas a resolver dudas y reservar su cita.
· Presentar los servicios y presupuestos de forma clara, coordinándote con el equipo médico para cualquier valoración clínica.
Según tus aptitudes e intereses, podrás desarrollar tu función principalmente en recepción, atención telefónica o asesoramiento sobre nuestros servicios. La comunicación por teléfono forma parte del trabajo de todo el equipo. Concretaremos contigo el enfoque del puesto durante la selección.
Qué buscamos
· Valoramos la experiencia en atención al cliente, recepción, ventas, hostelería o belleza, pero no es imprescindible. Nos importan tu actitud, tu capacidad de comunicación y tus ganas de aprender.
· Español fluido y nivel muy alto de inglés, tanto oral como escrito, para atender a pacientes con soltura y profesionalidad. Catalán valorable.
· Buena comunicación, organización, iniciativa y comodidad al hablar por teléfono.
· Interés por la medicina estética y facilidad para aprender a utilizar herramientas digitales.
· Disponibilidad para trabajar presencialmente en Barcelona y autorización para trabajar en España.
Ofrecemos contrato indefinido a jornada completa de 40 horas semanales y formación remunerada. Para las primeras incorporaciones, prevemos una estancia de formación en Hungría con nuestro equipo, para conocer de cerca nuestra forma de trabajar y prepararte para tu función en Barcelona.
